2 oz Coconut rum (Parrot Bay)6 oz Heavy cream1 tsp Sugar (optional)Ice cubes2 oz Coconut rum (Parrot Bay)6 oz Heavy cream1 tsp Sugar (optional)Ice cubes |

Mix all ingredients and shake well. The drink will taste just as good with fat free half & half if you prefer fewer calories. You may also substitute the sugar with one packet of Nutrasweet or leave it out all together. I prefer Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay because it is a sweeter and richer tasting coconut rum. |
